Welcome to Rex Automobiles. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our online store and your purchase of spare parts and accessories from us. By placing an order you agree to the terms below. 1. Who we are Rex Automobiles is an authorised distributor of Mahindra Genuine Spare Parts, also supplying genuine Tata parts and our in-house Sorex Spares range, serving Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for over 45 years. Head office: Shop No 15-9/537, Afzalgunj Road, Mahboob Ganj, Hyderabad, Telangana 500012. 2. Products & genuineness All parts sold are factory-boxed originals or clearly identified Sorex aftermarket parts. Product images are for reference; the supplied part corresponds to the OEM part number on your order. 3. Fitment responsibility Spare parts are vehicle-, variant- and year-specific. We strongly recommend confirming fitment with our counter team (share your model, variant, year or chassis/VIN number) before ordering. Where you order without a fitment confirmation, responsibility for choosing the correct part number rests with you; our returns policy still applies to wrong or defective items supplied by us. 4. Pricing & billing All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice accompanies every order. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and the order cancelled with a full refund. 5. Orders & cancellation An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount paid. You may cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. 6. Delivery Orders are dispatched from our counters, typically the same working day. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. 7. Returns & warranty Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns policy (see the Returns & Exchanges page). Genuine spares carry a 6-month warranty; warranty claims are settled at any Rex Automobiles counter against your invoice. Warranty does not cover wear items used beyond their service life, incorrect installation, or damage from misuse or accident. 8. Payments We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where offered. Online payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your card details. 9. Accounts & OTP login Shopping accounts are verified by one-time password to your mobile number. Keep your device and number secure; you are responsible for orders placed through your verified session. 10. Intellectual property Brand names, logos and part numbers (including Mahindra and Tata marks) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. The content of this site belongs to Rex Automobiles and may not be copied for commercial use. 11. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. 12. Governing law & disputes These terms are governed by the laws of India.
